Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish has renewed our subscription to the website, formed.org for each of our parishioners. 

If you previously registered on the site, simply sign in using your email. There is no need to create or remember your password with this updated site. 

• Type in www.formed.org on your browser. 
• Click and choose "formed for individuals";
• Type in your email and click submit.
• Create a New Account and find our parish, type in: Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Toronto, 3 Combermere Drive. 
• Once you find our parish name, click next. You will be prompted to the next page to create an account. Enter your name and email address. 
• You will receive an email verification. Follow the link in the email, then you may begin to browse the site. 

To look for other materials you can browse to examine content or click on the search sign, found in the top left hand corner, and enter a word or phrase which describe what you are looking for. 

You can also download the app on your mobile devices, android and apple.
