Fr. Prince Banner

Welcome Fr. Prince

Fr. Prince is from the Diocese of Sultanpet, Kerala, India, and was ordained on May 1, 2011, in the Diocese of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Served as associate pastor in three parishes, pastor in two, and as director of the Social Action Commission in his home diocese before he came to Canada. He holds a Master’s in Social Work and Psychology.

He arrived in Canada in June 2024, spent two months in residents at St. Clair Parish, and has been serving as Associate Pastor at Blessed Sacrament Parish, Toronto and at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish, Mississauga. Fr. Prince joins our parish as a resident priest for the next few months.

A new chapter in his priestly ministry now unfolds as he begins serving as a Hospital Chaplain in Scarborough. Entrusted with the pastoral and spiritual care of patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, he will bring the Church’s ministry of compassion, healing, and hope to those facing illness and life's many challenges. We offer our prayers and best wishes as he embraces this new responsibility in service to God and His people.
