All Souls' Day - November 2
The month of November is traditionally dedicated to praying for the souls in Purgatory, remembering the faithful departed and entrusting them to the loving mercy of God. On this day, we remember our beloved family members, relatives, friends, and all those who have gone before us to the eternal reward. With hearts filled with love and hope, we entrust their souls to the infinite mercy and compassion of our loving God.
As a parish community, we are invited to come together in prayer and celebrate the Holy Mass for the repose of the souls of our dearly departed. Let us remember them with gratitude for the love, faith, wisdom, and blessings they shared with us during their earthly lives. We also pray for those who have no one to remember them and for all the faithful departed, that they may rest in the eternal embrace of our Heavenly Father.
May this solemn commemoration strengthen our faith, comfort those who grieve, and renew our hope in Christ's victory over sin and death. As we remember our loved ones, may we find peace in the assurance that death does not end our relationship in Christ, and that we look forward with hope to the day when we shall be reunited in God's eternal kingdom.
All are warmly invited to join us in the celebration of the Holy Mass as we pray for the repose of the souls of all the faithful departed.
Masses Times: 8:00 am, 12:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
At the 7:00 p.m. Mass, we will have a special celebration as we remember and pray for our beloved parishioners who have passed away since last year’s All Souls’ Day. Following the Mass, we invite everyone to gather in the Parish Hall for a reception, offering an opportunity to come together in faith, share in one another’s comfort, and honor the memory of those we hold dear in our hearts.
“Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.
